Having the bounce house for my son's 4th birthday was one he will always remember. It was quick and easy to get a quote, sign the release documents and secure the date. The owners were very easy to communicate with and even emailed back late at night. They also kept us informed about the weather and what the process was in regards to that. On the day of delivery, they were very friendly and set it up quickly. Having the large stakes kept the bounce house very secure and safe. We will definitely use them again!!

We have rented with this company last two years. Been satisfied both years and the owners are amazing. They were prompt both times with drop off and pick up. The crew showed up early to set up our event. They showed up after the time set for pick up. Both crews at our event were very professional and looked like they enjoyed their work. We have used another company for our past events but couldn’t this time because if availability. I found Bigbee’s online and am so glad I did! This was our first time renting a water slide from anywhere and they have a great inventory of water slides that my daughter got to choose from. The customer service was awesome and friendly while they were setting up for the party. The water slide was for sure a big hit because my daughter and her friends did not want to get off of it. This is by far the best bounce house rental company I’ve used. We rent at least twice a year in the summer and from multiple companies throughout the years. The website is super user friendly and shows you lots of choices. When I had a question the owner responded promptly (even on a Sunday) and took the time to talk to me about everything in detail. The cost is reasonable and competitive for such nice equipment! Will most definitely rent again and recommend to anyone!

Awesome experience renting from Bigbee’s. Customer service was awesome, communication from staff was great. We had a minor issue during the party with a leak and staff got here as soon as they could and fixed the problem. The kids played all day long on the slide and never tired of it, it was a huge hit ... even for the adults! I will most definitely be renting from and recommending Bigbee’s!
